I wanted a refund because the shipment was so late. They gave me a15% discount. I ordered the product in January to have about 3 weeks before St Patrick’s Day. I finally received the bulk of the order on March 8! The carrier the left the shipment in the rain! I still want a refund! Alibaba in their infinite wisdom asked us to work it out. So I’m out $2,500 cash, tied up in inventory I won’t be able to move and make money on for a year! Shipment left in rain by FedEx, caused at least 10% loss in product! I still want a complete refund! Not going to happen, though. I don’t recommend this company, the product is nothing exceptional, the only part of this company’s so called service is making sure you know it’s time to pay them! The boxes were still wet and they weren’t concerned! Only about getting their money! All I can say is if you’re dumb enough to do business with this bunch, you better order your Christmas supplies now! you’ll have them by December 15th! Watch their math too! cheat!
